I can't find an ideal train at a decent price at the moment, I am after a train from London to Coventry, happy to go via Oxford, Leamington, leicester, Nuneaton whatever for the right price! Anytime after about 3pm and arriving before 7 (bad times I know!) I already have the outbound ticket so...
Would like to be there before six, the earlier the better! Just a single, preferably a XC HST connecting to a FGW one at BPW, sorry to be awkward!
I have a 16-25 railcard, I guess travelling to Cathays won't make much of a difference to price and I should just pay the £1.90.
Thanks
Hello, by splitting at Derby and Sheffield I think I can get it for about £40 using off peaks- is there any cheaper way? Ideally including a 225 or a HST jaunt en route!
I'd like to leave earlyish in the morning and come back home for about 9.
Many thanks
Still advances available for tomorrow, but ideally would like to join a Nuneaton stopping service even if it requires an early start late finish! Seeing as the advances (booked LM only) seem to take 13 minutes longer than the entire journey from euston!
I do have a 16-25 rc- which wipes time...
I'm struggling to find a timetable for these, and half the time they are out of date!
For Wednesday 13th going To Sheffield from from Bristol and then the return journey on the 14th if possible- thanks!
Mum wants to go from Sunday and return Monday after 11:00- via Bristol if possible want her to avoid a turbo star!
No railcards, just standard adult price- she's happy to split tickets as she's done it before, any advice?
Thanks
This is a available via Banbury, rather than Via High Wycombe if I were to travel from Coventry, I need to "pick up" a friend from Oxford on our way to London in the week so obviously this is a more useful ticket! Do I just need to buy Coventry-Leamington and then the Leamington to Coventry...
Hi guys, just a quick query. Have a few trips my mum wants to make with luggage and would like to know the HST times.
Tomorrow Birmingham New St to Derby return.
Wednesday 12th December Birmingham New St to Bristol Temple Meads.
Thanks
Mum wants to go on Friday, so one adult ticket to either Bicester station (I think only north is accessible direct from Leamington?). What's the cheapest this can be done return please?
Thanks
For Friday and returning Saturday. Happy to go via MKC and Olympia if cheaper. With advances I've got £32 return. No railcard, 3 people leave after 2 on Friday and being home around 2 on Saturday.
Thanks.
Looking to travel on Monday on off peak split tickets, as I understand it I can travel upto Preston and onto Bolton, or to Wigan and Walk between the two stations and a train onwards to Bolton. Ideally though I'd like to go via Manchester Picadilly and than a TPE to Bolton.
What's the best...
10th April outbound
13th April return. I'm looking for HST haulage out (possibly 1st class) and the sleeper home and then a VT home- if it's a breakfast train I'd consider 1st!
No railcard, 2 adults. Thanks :)
Full priced adult off peak for Thursday.
(best defined by price!)
Am I best to do Coventry London Farnham
Coventry, Reading, faff about on the north downs line and in Aldershot, Ash Vale, Farnham
Or is there an alternative? Or some splits too help! Can't be tied to one train but am happy to...
For Saturday 24th September, needs to be a HST both ways!
So I could do Coventry to Reading, Reading to Plymouth (HST)
or
Coventry to Birmingham Birmingham to Plymouth HST
I want to be there no later than one, home before midnight.
Full adult fare, standard class accommodation...
For this Tuesday, I want to do XC to Oxford and change onto a HST bound for Paddington. Outbound only I need to arrive by 1pm. Full fare ticket, could I also be given 1st fares for my HST journey?
Thanks.
