Hi guys, just a quick query. Have a few trips my mum wants to make with luggage and would like to know the HST times.

Tomorrow Birmingham New St to Derby return.

Wednesday 12th December Birmingham New St to Bristol Temple Meads.

Thanks

From Derby 0727 and 1028.

From Birmingham New St 0812 and 1112.

They should be HST. Hopefully everything now settled down back to normal following the southwest flooding problems.

The 1112 goes north from new st?
No, those times are erroneous for the northbound journey that you wish to do. The earliest HST northbound from Birmingham New Street on a Tuesday is the 12:23 Plymouth - Glasgow Central. It departs New Street at 16:03. The other northbound service that is worked by an HST on a Tuesday is the 15:23 Plymouth to Leeds, that departs from New Street at 19:03.

43167's times are correct for the two southbound HST workings until the end of this week, although it is extremely likely that they will still be the same on the 12th. So for your Bristol trip there will be HSTs departing from New Street southbound at 08:12 and 11:12.

Another quick question, to split at Worcester (BHM to W Shrub Hill W Shrub Hill to BRI is £10 cheaper than BHM CNH CNH BRI) are there any HSTs or will I be 166/150/158 if I were to choose this?

Thanks

I wonder if the later train would allow me to get back to Coventry without any risks? (What times are the final 900s back to Coventry?

Shame I probably won't get a XC HST or a FGW HST (unless I nip to bath!)

It's a +3 connection to the last train to Birmingham (22.17). If you make it it'll arrive at Moor Street (23.27) with easily enough time to make the last train from New Street to Coventry (23.54).

The last 900 to Coventry is quite a bit earlier than the last train, at 23.00 from Moor Street (with the first bus the next day being 04.00).
