Coventry to Plymouth return

13th April return. I'm looking for HST haulage out (possibly 1st class) and the sleeper home and then a VT home- if it's a breakfast train I'd consider 1st!

well if your looking for "sensible" prices,

Get a 390 or something down to Euston, Tube over to Pad
then get a FGW HST to plymouth,

I would fully recommend travelling later on in the evening, as everything upto the 1903 is packed!

so, Get either, the 1945 , or 2035 from Pad to plymouth,

your looking at around £40 first class for this journey

and plus, once you pass newbury, you will probabbly have a whole FC coach to yourself!

There is an easement on the 0603 EUS-BHM permitting off-peak tickets if you decide to get a walk up to/from Euston. When I did it I got the entire first class to myself and few passengers passed en route to standard

Breakfast on VT isn't worth it IMO, it's nice but not worth upgrading

OT: It's weird being able to hear the tube passing underneath at EUS!
