I am looking for a return from East Croydon to Ashchurch (for Tewkesbury), breaking the return at Chippenham. Travel out 8 Feb, return 9 Feb. Is there a ticket that would cover this please? I got very confused trying to work it out.

The onboard announcements on London Tramlink still refer to "national rail tickets with an origin or destination Tramlink" (wording may be slightly wrong). As far as I know "Tramlink" is no longer available as a National Rail destination - can anyone confirm this please?

Another option, though I suspect it involves too much of a time hit, would be a zones 1-3 travelcard travelling via Tramlink and Wimbledon.

So they have. I agree the old site was looking a bit dated but at least it was obviously designed to be used on a PC, whereas the new site, in common with all other site "upgrades", is clearly optimised for use on a mobile device and because everything is so huge involves a lot of scrolling...

I'm sure I read some time ago that the Redhill stop was to be cut from Coastway West services. Yet I've just booked a ticket from East Croydon to Portsmouth and see it's still stopping at Redhill. Did I get the whole thing wrong, or has it just not yet happened?

Thanks very much Mike. The final piece of the saga is that on 2 August I tried to contact TFL online by clicking "Contact us about this journey" and never received any acknowledgement or response, so I ended up having to get my refund agreed on the phone.
