Yes, that was on the original 'spec' for this line. From 2019 ? one of the new trips is to be replaced by a VTEC trip every two hours.

There are two sites, (think there is a bus link) only had time to visit one site as in the morning had visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine (it's much better than it sounds!) but some coach trips cover both the salt mine and the camp.

Have done a few trips to Poland, and hope to get there soon, though will still be winter when I'm there, rather than the summer trip planned by the o.p.
Anyway, hope to make use of some of the above suggested trips.

Looking at the intercity.pl site, some fares have actually gone down!
Around £20 or 109 zł. (PLN) for a three-hour train ride is reasonable, but that is for first class intercity booked in advance, the 2nd class is less (varies according to train type) with 30% off for over-60s.

Presumably this is a modern version of having the magazine at the library.
Until recently (this year) Railway magazine and Modern Railways were both available at one of the branches of the local library, either to read there or one-week loan, cut-backs have seen the end of that.

The Worth Valley line was only a branch line in BR days.
I think if it was still part of National Rail, only the stations at Haworth and Keighley would remain

Train v. National Express.
Timetable changes on 'National Rail' tend to be well publicised but NX have dropped some routes over the years without people knowing until checking the timetable. Tbf NX have started new routes as well.
Having a rail card and coach card makes fares not seem too...
Ah that's an interesting question. Pre 1974 it was Yorkshire, and following discussions on here I suppose it still is. Yorkshire Cricket held home matches here. But I suppose (contrary to other discussions on here). accent-wise and to the locals it's more associated with being in the northeast...
A bit off topic here apologies.
Harrogate has its own postcode HG even though mail is routed through Leeds or LS, as the 'we're better than you' residents pressurised Royal Mail to not be under the LS area.

Gorden did continue to make episodes of 'allo 'allo after the accident as the series didn't end until 1992. As noted above, his career as an actor was virtually over, with limited appearances. In the early 2000s, I used to see him regularly, ironically in a café-bar at the National Museum of...

I've been to Frankfurt, flying to Stuttgart, then advance rail ticket (Sparpreis), not too bad a journey.
There's flights to Köln, but couldn't get the details up for my particular journey.
