What does the CORPC discount stand for (see pic)? It's apparently a D20 CORPORATE C discounted VGN BUSINESS ROUTE ticket, which mystifies me

The latest Routeing Guide maps have a dashed line on the EL map (page 81; see attached screenshot). I've never seen this before, and it wasn't on the previous map EL. What is this supposed to represent? Given the angle of the line, I'm guessing it's the Victoria Line from Highbury & Islington...
