Hi, A DR claim of mine, based on the timetabled arrival time, is 30 mins delay but the train arrived 2 mins early, at least according to realtraintimes. And I guess this is why the claim has been paid at the lower rate for 15-29 mins delayed. Are they right to have done this ? Thanks.
