Please note my @icloud.com address is not the email address I sign in to the Apple account on my iPhone, I think this is what is causing problems when I'm looking for a solution (I've been trying for week, hence posting to the forums).
Basically I've...
I saw a video about this, the driver would not accept a £20 note, after some time an inspector changed the £20 for 2x£10 notes and all was fine.
So does the Bee network not issue credit notes?, I think Diamond did.

Last week I had to go to Bolton for an appointment.
I was surprised to see on my statement that I was only charged Hopper fare when my second tap-in was over 60 mins.
Here is what it says on the travel history from Bee website:

I am contracted out, not due for my pension for a few years yet.
I find it very confusing.
It says on my state pension forecast:
Then you go...
Has this been mentioned on the forums before?

The TOCs announcements generator seems spot on, well at least Avanati to my ear.
Had a play with the live announcements, it's not spot on, but it does it the trick. Also announces delay reasons, like trespassers...
As I'm working late this week, I composed a post with several quotes last night, as time was marching on I saved the draft.
Today, the saved draft has disappeared.
How exactly do saved drafts work? Thought it might be stored by the forum. Got a feeling it's something to do with the browser.
Someone has sent me the text below (I've changed some details), they were asking an unrelated question to what I am going to ask.
I was going to post in jobs/careers but it's not really about the post itself, mods feel free to move if you wish.
My question is, if it's work home, why do you have...
I received an email from Virgin Media saying there was an issue with my hub.
Ran some tests as recommended, my broadband speed was 89Mbps rather than about 970Mbps (Volt 1 Gig).
Followed another link (luckily I did) and said it will text a code to reset the hub. I noticed the last digits of the...
Today the water company had to do some emergency work and I was without water for about two hours.
When it came back on, it all seemed fine, all the taps and the shower was working. I have not put on the washing machine on yet though.
However, I flushed the toilet to test it and the cistern...
I have a Hoover H-Free 100 (like a Dyson cleaner), jolly good it is well, but the battery has packed up after I would say after about 3 years.
A new battery has cost me around £60.
What is the life expectancy on these batteries, second thing is can I prolong the longevity of it?
What on earth is going on here?
Could drivers confuse a red poppy a signal aspect?

Please see article below.
I get this with local pronunciations, but quite a few puzzle me like Ardwick and Ashburys.
Then there's Euxton Balshaw lane, currently pronounced Exton anyway last time I was up there, same with 'Todmodden' ... The list goes on
I'd like to hear peoples thoughts on the...
Had a walk along the Blackhall path when I went to Edinburgh to visit someone, I'm 99% certain it's an old railway. Can't seem to find much on google about it, like where it went and it's purpose. Think the area is known Blackhall / Craighleith.
Surely someone can enlighten me please?
There's a (long) bridge inbetween Gorton and Guide Bridge, it's only shortish but there are about 40 separate masts inside the bridge.
What's going on?
I have my own theory, just seeing if I can find the definitive answer.
The video is from RUKF's @Don Coffey You Tube channel.
This question is open to all, even if you don't have TSW3 or any train simulator.
Problem is, which I'm ripping my hair out about with (well I have no hair!) is actually activating the AWS on the class 45/1 on TSW3.
First of all, the route does have AWS - but that doesn't matter as the flaming...
Mods please move if incorrect forum subject.
I need to get to Bolton from
Poulton-le-Fylde today, loads of cancellations. I think there is one at 16:20 ish for a TPX connection at Preston, which Im not holding my breath about.
I bought a ticket this morning.
What are my options if this 16:20ish...
I have a PC that is restarting itself, this is not an OS problem but a hardware one.
What I have found if I isolate it from the mains after a while it will boot then restart again.
I have also checked the Q codes on the motherboard, but it’s showing everything is hunky dory and it does not stick...
