I received an email from Virgin Media saying there was an issue with my hub.
Ran some tests as recommended, my broadband speed was 89Mbps rather than about 970Mbps (Volt 1 Gig).
Followed another link (luckily I did) and said it will text a code to reset the hub. I noticed the last digits of the mobile number were incorrect, clicked something else and came up with an incorrect email address.
Then I thought I had been scammed, but I did check the links.
To double-check this, went to VM website and logged in.. My post code was incorrect, somewhere in Redcar! However, my billing address was correct. Also it said my contract had expired, which it hasn't.
So it seems my profile has been swapped with someone elses.
Got through to VM after 30 mins, a lot of people are having the same problem and a ticket(s) have been raised.
They also apologized for seeing someone else's details, but I didn't see them in full.
Might worth checking if your VM profile has changed, you do this through service status*

Just now says I don't have broadband! lol and all that. Seems they have fixed the erroneous postcode issue.
