On my way back from London to Wigan, I spotted a Chiltern Railways unit slowly entering Milton Keynes (or Bletchley) at about 3pm. Not the usual stomping ground for a Chiltern unit. What was happening?

Both of the Cadbury plants at Chirk and Leominster are very close to the railway. I dont think either currently have a rail connection but did they ever have a connection to rail? Very curious that both facilities are along the Marches line in an otherwise poor-ish road transport area.
