Hi. I am after some advice. I am due to travel to London Euston tomorrow morning on the 0835 from Chester with some family members. I have standard class tickets with seat reservations in coach D. If D is reclassified as First Class as I believe sometimes happens, will I lose my seat reservation?

I suppose that is OK if you are travelling from a station with toilet facilities. My local station, Helsby, does not have toilet facilities. So I could potentially face over an hour (with my walk to the station) without access to a loo. Fine if I haven't had my breakfast and coffee before...

Many thanks. I am now home. Guard on the train explained that we were delayed by a failed train between NLW and Earlestown. 20 min delay. I was on the 1850 from Man Picc to Llandudno. We were held just outside NLW station for 15 min then again for 5 min just after Earlestown.
Travelled on two Northern 150's today on the Mid Cheshire line. Both clean (inside), both well populated and both on time. Being used to travelling mainly on 175's, I did find them very noisy though. But for the short trip between Mouldsworth and Mamchester they were fine
