The fan system installed when new, without opening windows was inadequate to ventilate the cars in warm weather.
There were several instances of people fainting in the trains when they were first introduced.

Sarah Siddons will not have any additional equipment fitted.
It can operate from Harrow-on-the-Hill pfms.1 or 2 to/from Amersham without equipment, as will Chiltern trains. It will not be possible to run to Chesham or Watford or via north curve.

There is a central platform at Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line, however trains cannot simply return southbound, they must shunt forward into two sidings/depot reception roads (62, 63) to return into southbound pfm.5

Most have the trailer car modifications for the wheelchair space but lack final touches.
There are no other improvements planned.
