There seems to be a fault on the SWR and GWR websites which means that railcard discounts are not being properly applied. They show on the first screen but if you try to buy the ticket it wants full price.

I understand that disposable smart cards for the NS portion of the journey are issued at Harwich. When leaving the UK, do they also issue the NS tickets for the return portion of the journey at this point?
