Plusbus + Network Railcard

I have a full-price Advance ticket for London to Bournemouth for tomorrow.

I'd like to add a Plusbus ticket.

I hold a Network Railcard.

Am I right in thinking that I can buy a Plusbus addon for the railcard discounted price, even though the rail ticket (as an Advance) is not eligible for a Network Railcard discount?

I can't find anything to say this is not permitted.

I successfully bought a railcard discounted PlusBus at Waterloo ticket office and the booking clerk didn't bat an eyelid.
