A late/early year Euston to kings cross like they did with 87002 a few years ago would be nice, I only say early late so to make the hotels in London affordableWould make the most sense to see it on the East Coast. Maybe a future one.

Yes. Or a fully east coast one like York to Edinburgh or Kings Cross to Newcastle.A late/early year Euston to kings cross like they did with 87002 a few years ago would be nice.
Or given LSL's patron's love of Scotland how about a Scottish land cruise over some "new" electrified route ? Something like Edinburgh - Dumbarton - Ayr - Dunblane - Edinburgh. Use a diesel to drag the stock off and on Bo'ness but top and tail 87 and 89 would be pretty awsome.Yes. Or a fully east coast one like York to Edinburgh or Kings Cross to Newcastle.
I don't disagree and I'm sure that will happen, though I'm just happy it is back up and runningKing's Cross to Bradford would be more appropriate.

That'd be the next 5 or 6 Saturday's worth of trains for me.
