It's not Felixstowe. Think type of cat as opposed to a specifically named one, so it's not Tiddlesdown, for example...Felixstowe??
It’s not Leominster either.I'll have a shot with Leominster (only because Leo is the cat and minster is related to church)....
It’s not Church Stretton.Church Stretton?
It’s not Bishop Auckland.Bishop Auckland?
Not Barry Links.Barry Links (Lynx??). Assuming there's some churchman or other I ought to know about named Barry.n
Not Barry Links.
You’re roughly along the right lines with Lynx. The church part is not a named person. And just to reiterate, the split of the clues is important. The cat part of clue 3 isn’t paired with the church clues of 1 and 2.
Additional clue, which I think may confuse things even more: for part of clue 1 think of a City within a specific city in Italy.
Overcomplicating things here, I think, and I appreciate that's my fault with the additional clues.Think that I now "get" you here -- but still probably botching it --
Tiverton Parkway?? First word: river Ti(b)er, plus v for Vatican -- and Parkway; "park" your sins here, and henceforth walk our way? -- admittedly, getting frantic ...
My brain really hurts now! (Sorry -- appreciate that you're doing your damnedest to steer us the right way.)
How about Cathcart? (Cath....as in Catholic and Cart....as in the name of the river which flows through it)
An English station, current, nothing untoward with it, one word, two syllables. Is it a UK station, may we ask? I had thought of Cattolica (IT) and Maastricht (NL). really clutching at straws here!
Not Mansfield.I'm sure that as an Irish friend of mine used to say, "it's worse I'm improving"; but -- 3rd clue -- Mansfield? (the Manx cat filed along??)
No, it's not Bayford.Bayford?
Polegate?
