In the coming weeks I'm going to be using the 20:00 ex Liverpool Street upuo Stowmarket on a Saturday which I believe is a scheduled rostered, triple 755 sometimes totalling 11 coaches. I think this is better than a 720, only down side there is no first class on the 755 combo.

Hi, For the first time, I've reserved a seat on a NX Service from Victoria Coach station, Is there a different boarding procedure for passengers with a reserved seat? What happens if someone else is sat in the reserved seat? Is it the poor old driver to resolve?
