For the OP, I've looked on the TfL, WTT (Working Time Tables) infomation and the Bakerloo line seems to be around 9½-10½ minutes and the Jubilee is around 9-9½ minutes, a negligible difference. Hope this helps you decide, apologies if this is quoted elsewhere, I looked but couldn't see anything.
