I was thinking that, especially for the Duke which is mainline certificated. I guess it depends on wether the railway its come from/ going to has a mainline connection. Yes, it was that Collet, I believe there is only one of those remaining, but I don't remember it's number. Thanks

This morning the Collet Goods 0-6-0 was spotted on a low loader heading south. This afternoon, on the same motorway Duke of Gloucester was on a low loader heading north, followed about half an hour later by another low loader with a GWR pannier tank on it. Any ideas of destinations?

I reccomend Grand central's first class as well. The only time I rode on it, they were straight round with the tea as soon as the train started moving, and whenever my cup got empty for all the journey. very impressive. Sorry, thats not very TPE-ish. TPE fruit cake is nice as well.

I (at 6'6" tall) also enjoy the extra legroom and comfier seats. However, now I have to pay for my own tickets (hello job, goodbye travel pass :( ) I'll just suffer the discrimination all tall people get on public transport and put up with no legroom.

I think in general level crossings are avoided on new lines when possible, you'll notice there arn't any level crossings on HS1. But for the rest of the network, in a lot of cases a bridge is just too expensive or physically there isn't space for one.
