This is excellent advice - if you do not tell them and they later find out you *could* be dismissed as this could be classed as Gross Misconduct so check your staff handbook.

NOT to go to any meetings with management WITHOUT Union Representation or without a colleague
Be honest , if he lies he is in trouble as they have the evidence

I have previously reponded to a tannoy request for a First Aider at Southport station , when I got to the casualty they were being looked after by a nurse.
I asked if they needed help and was told no so I went and caught my train.

I am a PCS rep in the Civil Servant and will provide free advice to non-union members (obviously I can`t represent them in meetings) , I do so in the hope that they realise the benefits of being a Union member and join.
