    Looks like the points have finally been fixed, noticed today that the "NOGO" had been removed. Checking RTT it seems that 1K12 from Chester today was the first service to use P10 for quite some time.

    When getting on a train at Waterloo for my usual destination (Basingstoke), I always try to sit in the last carriage as this stops close to the steps down to the underpass.

    Basingstoke station used to be at the top of Station Hill before the late 60's town centre was built that elevated the approach to the station.

    GWR messing up on their delay announcements

    The incoming service (2T77) left Falmouth Docks on time and arrived Truro on time, no intermediate timings on RTT but I'd find it hard to believe they were at some point 23 minutes behind schedule and then made up the time, on a journey that takes less than 30 minutes.
