I commute out of London from Hanwell/ Drayton Green to West Drayton. Fairly busy but never usually struggle for a seat. Much better than commuting inwards!

My only surprise is that its not disrupted because of signal problems at Hayes again, makes a change!

No air con.... Which is great fun when they are run as 4 coaches all weekend on routes served by 450's in the week :(

Are these generally reliable? I'm on the 11:06 from Marylebone tomorrow which is meant to be a 67.

Are there many routes/ stations in the north that don't receive a Sunday service at all? Neither of my local stations (in zone 4) do.

Most complaints on my commute should actually be towards Network Rail and their complete inability to make the signals at Hayes work properly for more than a week at a time. Of course the passengers blame FGW...

I'd be interested to see the figures actual figures for the Greenford Branch, I've not had my ticket checked since NSE days on that line and there are no ticket machines. Yes tried both cards and neither worked (one credit, one debit if that makes a difference). Will call support in the morning.

Hi all, I booked a couple of rewards returned to be collected from the machine, but as they don't cost anything I'm not sure how to collect the tickets as no payment was taken! I have tried both of the cards that I have used for booking with EC before. Any ideas?

Gutted. One kick from promotion... Doncaster's goal was irrelevant though as we needed to win and it was that penalty or nothing. There's always next year... :cry:

Was Tornado at Southall yesterday? Pretty sure that's what it was as I passed on my commute yesterday.

That one is semi fast, not sure where it originates (Oxford?)but it definitely stops at Slough, Hayes and Ealing Broadway.

Is the curve between Drayton Green and the GWML at Hanwell still used by anything?

That's because they are 5 coach trains, it's the same for FGW if there is a 3 car + 2 car 165/166 combo.
