Just to be clear, as I understand it, I won’t be charged a £5 fee because all the trains were cancelled? I ended up having to take a coach. Ticket was never used (did not even work on the barrier).
I mistakenly thought the forum site just wouldn't offer the ticket. One for me to remember. Since it the train we cancelled, can I still claim a refund?
Just to give an update, it also had a platform alteration and then the train was cancelled.
Ticket without barcode attached.

Sorry I couldn't attach this earlier. There was a mad dash to get a coach. Only just made the gate.
Just bought a ticket between West Hampstead and Luton Airport on the forums ticket site.
As usual I entered my disabled Railcard and disabled freedom pass. I looked at the trains and went with the 0929 service.
It's provided me with a ticket from London Boundary Zone 6.
How can this be...
There seems to be quite an unpleasant tone towards graduates in some recent posts. Surely anger or frustration at problems in any company should be directed more towards existing poor policies and management as opposed to new hires who are simply following orders?
At one point there was some vegetation cleared around the area and as child I was under the impression a physical interchange was going to be built (early 2000s). Probably just removing leaves for the autumn season.
I have the letter, that’s a good idea cheers. If that fails I’ll try the social services stamp and update the thread.
Incidentally, I cannot upload any new images online, so I guess they expect me to send the letter via email, which seems a bit off but there you go…
I submitted an application for a disabled railcard. I have a visual impairment and have the CVI card (registered partially sighted). I sent images of both sides of the CVI card as evidence but this has been rejected.
Does anyone know what other evidence I am meant to submit?
People have often talked about an emergency release button. I’ve lived in London my whole life for 30 years and never seen one. How are members of the public meant to know about it and know where it is?
Unattended stations with closed gates pose a significant safety hazard in my opinion.
Did it fix the issue of the missing family and friends railcard at Harrow?

I used my freedom pass on a non tfl bus the other day for the first time. It was a red eagle 352 I believe. I showed the driver my pass but he asked me to tap, which worked. My only issue was actually finding the bus stop on Watford high street, as I got a bit lost, despite using Citymapper.
Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I use Citymapper but sometimes I don’t feel safe or it’s raining and the bus stop (which has cover) is busy. I wonder why they picked that option. At least using equal times I can be assured of when the first page will be shown.
There are evidently better ways of...
At one of my local bus stops, 4 buses call at it. The bus stop has an information board showing the times. It cycles between 4 pages, showing 4 buses at a time on each page, but the next bus is always shown, leaving the other three rows free for times of the other buses. I find that it seems to...
It has been claimed (from stories I’ve read and heard over the years) that the assessors that do PIP assessments, in some instances, have lied and denied people very valid claims.
If you do feel you have a valid claim for PIP, I‘d suggest you speak with services such as citizens advice for...
