Does anyone know what work is happening at Harrow Bus station?

Looks awful. I am completely against any sort of renaming like this. There are huge advertisement boards everywhere. Use one of them instead of altering signage intended to guide and inform people.

These sort of set down / pick up stops should be banned full stop. Either properly call at the station or do not. Just another stupidly contrived part of the industry which further reinforces a negative impression about it.

I’d get rid of the forward and backward facing seats. It encourages people to put their feet on the chairs. Having said that, the other day I saw two men sleeping across three seats each and they were also the seats for priority customers.

At Hammersmith, cross platform interchange is available when continuing a journey in the same direction. So someone on a Heathrow/Uxbridge train can get off at Hammersmith and take a District Line to Richmond or Ealing Broadway without using the stairs or a lift. Similar arrangements at Acton...

I use the Victoria line for my daily commute and it seems more or less the same as usual.

Agreed. i took a coach a few months back and whilst I was fine, I still had a bit of bother figuring out where the stop was to head back to the airport. A metro service (with contactless) would be ideal.

I’ve almost all but given up using the Piccadilly Line. I even avoid using it to get to Heathrow. Generally I take the Met line now which is far more reliable and obviously a more pleasant train journey.
