Just confirming my opinion that Chaz was being needlessly patronising, then.

I had the same trouble when I installed Dorset Coast. Basically, you have to wait ages for it to load all of the files for the Dorset Coast route. It takes my computer about 30 minutes unless you use Train Store. Train Store solved the problem immediately when I began to use it.

Probably the same bug then. I know several people that have had to 'cheat' the system in order to get in, so I wonder if any of the players have actually got in properly?

I think what David was saying is that, (though i may be wrong!) once points have failed, in the position that isnt working the points keep flashing on the display but they have infact been safely set. With this in mind, you can SPAD trains over the points even though they look like they haven't...

In that particular scenario on the NLL, I can't see an obvious way to reroute the train. So you'd have to think of something else to do with it (possibly remove the train if you want an easy but unrealistic way out). On the drain, when the points fail on the crossover at Bank, or in the depot...

I think that the following would be a good idea, should anyone have the time and the will to do it: Use Coxster's system (perhaps use the one he already has, if he doesn't mind) but obtain permission from as many authors as possible to put their route up should their website be taken down...

I think it would be a good idea to get FC discounts on YP, but I don't think Id use them as I always get the cheapest ticket possible (I can't really afford to do otherwise) no matter how good value things are.
