It was 02/04/05/06/07 in service and 03 as spare.

06 was planned to swap so finishing in Crewe (which it now will anyway) to enable 67013 to come off and 67029 to go on.
Hopefully 07 does make it out but will depend if its repaired overnight.

67006 and 67007 are planned to swap as the rescue loco at Canton, 006 running light to Crewe and 007 heading to Canton.
Ok Thanks

67013 set 6 off V91
& 67010 set 4 off V31
Are sill Cardiff end ?
67013+HD06 for 16:50 Manchester replacing 67015+HD02 which picks up 18:53 Manchester .

67010+HD04 requires underframe checks so is planned for 1W11 tomorrow as long as they're complete

67013 will come off 06 but no longer being replaced by 67029. That's now planned out with HD03 for another day prior to exam on the Crewe-Crewe Diagram with 06 going locoless

Nothing wrong, it's just needed to finish at Crewe to get the loco to DB for an exam.
Working anything earlier once it eventually arrived into Cardiff and was fuelled would have put it onto a Canton finish.

Sounds like today is affected by an incident, so understandable that the diagrams are messed up.

Was already the 10th day of 10 working days without all 5 diagrams covered because of 1W13 this morning. I really wish that run would finish soon.

Pretty sure there were swaps involving Shrewsbury. So all 5 diagrams were not completed by Mk4s.

Though since two of those are your posts you may be able to clarify.
1W96 unit Cardiff - Shrewsbury
67 & set to Holyhead

1V62 67 & set to Shrewsbury
Unit to Cardiff

Every loco hauled service
Had a 67 & set at some point

Thanks for the confirmation.

My prediction, which I hope is wrong, but so far is 10 out of 10 days, is based on covering the entirety of all 5 diagrams. Again if it is felt that a diagram is covered in the industry if part of it is covered then my apologies for the confusion.

From a traction reliability viewpoint, 5 sets available all day is 100%.

Fleet management wouldn’t be held accountable for non-TRS factors taking sets off their booked jobs.

But Mr Ford’s spanners might not be in play for the mk4s for some time.

My prediction was based on the feeling of the passengers who got turfed off a Mk4 to get onto a smaller one at Shrewsbury.

It is interesting to learn the different perspectives of railway people compared to what would be felt on the ground.

Its definitely a customer service ‘fail’ but not a fleet one.

Even in BR days the Western Control log had an HST appendix documenting short-forms (7v8), misforms, OEO, catering provision, number of set swaps needed, etc. etc..
