That's reassuring, I'll ask closer to the date about set availablity as I really don't fancy a long while on a 197 to Crewe. Good to know that Holyhead isn't used and whatnot, keeping it closer to base (by a long shot) is always ideal.I don't want to jinx things (!) But exams are now much better balanced and if a set does have to wait a day or 2 it's now held at Crewe ETD rather than Holyhead which saves ages. Also using the wheel lathe there rather than Canton saves an age too, as it doesn't have to travel from the exam and also the Crewe lathe will take the rake as it comes but the Canton one requires it splitting and putting back together.
