A17/19 HLC were never with belle vue, their Diamond nw/Preston bus entries on bustimes are the first time they've been on bustimes
Not saying your not right or anything but all new delivered vehicles come preset with Go North West routes on the blinds for some reason

Another short term loan between Middleton and Queens Road sees 37631 go to Middleton with Optare Solo 41113 (I think) go to Queens - this is due to faults with 2 of the Mellors which should be rectified in the coming days.

All the Metroline buses that were stored at Wigan had full GNW blinds loaded. Presumably because they just pick up the wireless updates whilst there.

Is that no to knowing what the buses are, or is it no, the report of 150 extra vehicles is wrong?
There are no further buses on order other than those already known about, so up to fleetnumber 558.

The E400Hs and BYDs will be going into a refurb/repaint programme commencing in a few months time.

They won’t pick up updates unless set up to do so. Someone will have manually loaded them up using a USB.

Wow I didn’t think it was that simple nowadays lol. I was still under the impression you still had to plug into each bus with a usb. Shows how bad my knowledge is

You do! Each bus has to be manually updated using a USB pen drive!

For its first day at Middleton Depot 37631 spent all day on 129/415s made a change to have something other than a Solo SR on there, not to sure whether the next stop displays were working on it though.

Meanwhile a Solo has managed to make it onto Manchester routes again, seen it commencing a trip on the 118.

Does anyone who might know or work at Go North West depots know if MX70AOV - 3478 has been painted into Bee Network livery, someone on Facebook who works at Wigan depot stated that MX20KXM - 3427 is the last streetdeck at Go North West to be painted into yellow and has been sent off but on bus times 3478 is shown in service in diamond colours?

I don't work there but i believe on the Bee network enthusiasts fb page, they were shown to be sent off for a repaint, with 3427 being the last being sent

Must’ve been repainted and gone undetected, if it isn’t a machine error I’m sure it’ll be rectified shortly

Were the two Mellor Orion’s that Diamond bought for anything specific as they seem to be used interchangeably with the Mellor Stratas

I thought they were for the 280 Altrincham - Dunham Massey due to a low bridge that means only a Solo or Mellor Orion can use it. However, Solo 20746 seems to be the usual vehicle allocated at the moment.

It appears Diamond have 2 New Enviro 200s in all over white, they don’t have Bee spec interiors so I assume these are on hire?

PVR (Peak Vehicle Requirement before I get called out for using an acronym) at Oldham increases by 13 on Sunday 23 February. Vehicle availability across Stagecoach Manchester will become particularly tight from that point onwards.

12192 expired on the 374 on Saturday on Chatsworth Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport at about 9.35 am. Mechanic arrived but although the engine was running there was no 'drive'. Sounds expensive. Finally towed away at about 12.30 pm. If they are short of vehicles, this won't help!

Slightly confused (not local!)... I've just seen Go North West Citaro 6242 on the V4. I'm guessing it just diverts around the guideway?

The V4 doesn't run on the Guide way. It operates from the Park and Ride site at Swinton on the A580 and heads into Manchester IIRC.

It’s been reported on Facebook and by a GNW source on discord that Streetdeck 3501 had been converted from diesel to EV? Does anyone know why this has been decided? Or is there a new programme to convert the Go North West StreetDecks to EV?

It's a trial to see if it's worth doing the rest or not.
