Tbh the info has sprouted from someone at Hull as my source and also Jamestaylor94 have been told similar about Scania's and 27's

But Scania's for hull sounds too far fetched as there not a Scania depot so engineers and drivers would need type training

27's or more 24's to Hull to replace 22's would sound more logical

I don't think it's ULEZ it's more Mansfield are getting there electric buses before Hull so suspect will have spare Saloons

Only thing conflicting so far is one person reports coming this week and the other says December

I mean, the illogical thing I see is 27s. We literally just got rid of them to Grimsby and Scunthorpe, so why are we yet again bringing them back? I mean for Scanias it kinda makes a nice change as Scanias of many kinds have come before for Hull Fairs and things, so its not really that badly out of proportion.

The MANs have overstayed their welcome now imo with all the issues they're stacking up, especially the 22xxx.

I didn’t expect any of the FX09s to get we’ve got you livery but this is one of the Euro 6 engined ones. Also 26173 returned to service yesterday in We’ve got you livery as well

28614 is apparently in Hull with 24201 leaving Hull the other way

Seen a post on another site however post has since been deleted so not sure if any truth in it

Apparently from post that was deleted it left at 10AM (sure that's what it said) when 28614 arrived followed by a van

24201 left with a 64 plate Scania E400 which brough the driver down and followed 24201 towards A63

But I can't confirm any of it so may not have happened as the post on another page (Facebook group) got deleted by its user which usually means it didn't happen or the persons been asked to remove post

Mansfield has received the approval for rebuilding the depot. They just need to submit a Construction Traffic Management Plan, submit a Contaminated Land Remediation Strategy, show a Tree Protection Plan, submit a detailed plan for underground attenuation tanks, and submit a Biodiversity Gain Plan. After all of these have been approved, Mansfield will start work on the depot. However, it is most likely we will see temporary chargers in November for the EV buses.

Have I missed something here. Why presumably Mansfield? The “replacement” is from Worksop and the Scania DD would also be from there. The FX09 MANs at Hull did start their service at Mansfield (Pronto) but left many years ago now. With the rebuilding planned for Mansfield this does not look like a good time to introduce an unfamiliar type.

Interesting what you say there RA. As expected then. Is the temporary chargers proposal likely, because if so it sounds as if the plan is to rebuild around an active depot Now there is a challenge - where do you start?

I would expect 24201 will have gone to Worksop if it has replaced 28614. 28614 was definitely at Hull yesterday as it had an MOT. 24197 also had an MOT yesterday.

I had info today that 27200-27205 are replacing MANs at Hull and Scanias are replacing other 24000's at Hull as all 24's are moving to other depots before end of November

This is unconfirmed however with 27205 entering service today it is possible

That said, on the 27xxx, what are the chances 27182-27186 and 27193 will transfer from Mansfield to Hull with their friends 27200 and 27205?

More to go next week when the vehicles are ready to be swapped

2. Theres a note on its latest one about a kingpin (I'm sure the engineer people will know) so that's likely to need repairing before any prep into service.
