I wasn't mentioning that until I could see actual movement! Too many paths have been posted and then no actually happened.
But in the meantime, it's launch of the 365s into service we would like to see.
It's been reported that two units (509 & 537) moved overnightAnother due to move North this week
I thought that a substantial batch of dmus head south in July, so the 365s were essential by then. The latest on the 365s start seems to be July. Another due to move North this week.
Training still in progress for Glasgow crews, but yet to start with Edinburgh crews.

Alastair Dalton in The Scotsman said:The Class 365s are due to carry passengers by the end of the month, with the first Hitachi train expected to follow suit next month.
As is usual with the Scotsman, they are making up mthe news to suit themselves.I linked to this article on the 365 thread.
However, it also hints that first of the 385s could enter service next month.

004 is indeed the one with the new glass.View attachment 48233 View attachment 48231 Saw 385 003 & 004 passing Newcraighall this evening, on their way west to Cadder Loop. Not clear if these are converted, but on a gloomy night the sighting issues with unconverted windows would have been obvious.
