How is work on Elland station progressing, and is there a planned opening date?

I think we had the Elland conversation on a different thread. No date yet for Elland or Leeds Bradford Airport Parkway, Thorpe Park looking like 2025 but might depend on TRU work, White Rose is progressing and should be open by the end of 2023 (status of Cottingley after that to be formally determined).

Crwys Road: application for 'prior approval' submitted. Follow the link for the discussion about that station for more details.
Ashington: updated to 'under construction'. I shall add the other stations when proper work commences. See the excellent newsletter, linked from the Northumberland Line thread, for lots of detail.
Elland: link to station discussion added.

I had thought it could have been Inverness Airport on 21st January, but looking at RTT see the first trains are now shown as stopping there on Thursday 2nd February.
(Looks as if I'll need to get a refund on the ticket I bought on the ScotRail website for next Saturday.)

Reading Green Park must be very close after what seems like a ridiculous amount of time to build it. I think it's is just the paper work now.

JUST the paperwork! Form 94 has been completed in green ink. No, no no, green ink is for auditors use only. Start again from scratch.
Inverness: if we ignore the airport bus link which is showing in Realtime Trains, the train service is shown from Thursday 2 February (as noticed by @Stathern Jc ).
Brent Cross West: calls are shown in Working Timetable (WTT) but not in public timetable (GBTT) through to May change.
Marsh Barton: as per Brent Cross but with the additional text 'service stop unadvertised' through to May change.
Portway Park & Ride: as per Brent Cross but with the additional text 'service stop unadvertised' through to May change.
Reading Green Park: as per Brent Cross but with the additional text 'service stop unadvertised' through to May change.
East Linton: as per Brent Cross West.

Interestingly, Brent Cross West stops (and it appears East Linton) are being shown as 'OP' (Stops for other operating reasons) rather than 'N' (service stop unadvertised), as per Marsh Barton, Portway P&R and Reading GP.

You're right of course, I'm sure the amount of paperwork to do anything these days would absolutely astonish the average punter in the street.
But lets hope it doesn't take quite as long as the station took to build; and if they find something 1mm too close to something else to meet the standards, hopefully demolition won't be required to put it right!

Great Western has a new leaflet out advertising the new station at Marsh Barton in Exeter.
No date for opening given though. Contractors still working there earlier today, although it looks like just finishing off jobs now

Funding for Okehampton Parkway is included in todays 'levelling up' announcements. This thread discusses all the rail elements.
Construction / opening date not firm enough to add to the table at #1 but I've moved it up my long list as one to watch more closely. Subsequently revised, see below.

The BBC has reported that approval has been given for a new (technically re-opened) station at Filton North. It will serve 6000 new homes presumably built on former airfield land. A completion date of 2026 is given.

That’s “North Filton”.
The former staton platforms are still there. Hopelessly overgrown, and in poor condition, but still there.
I presume the new station will be further west though, where there is more room. Maybe at the site of Brabazon (BAC) aircraft crossing?

Thank you for sharing all that. For convenience, here's the general layout with the "artist's impression".
The video reminds me that Reading Green Park will be the biggest intermediate station on the line by any measure
A lot of new stations, such as Meridian Water and Cambridge North, are bigger than nearly all old stations on their respective lines.
NR Scotland have confirmed that Inverness Airport station will open on Friday.
