Gemini did produce an image with two scuba divers in it, but I didn't like it. I tried extremely hard to persuade it to make the loco an 0-6-0PT but no joy there. My partner's grandfather, Watcyn o Feirion, was postmaster at Capel Celyn for over 50 years.it just needs a couple of rail enthusiasts in scuba gear holding underwater cameras.
Well it's certainly better than my post 409 "stranded 37" - and what an amazing (and poignant) back-story.Gemini did produce an image with two scuba divers in it, but I didn't like it. I tried extremely hard to persuade it to make the loco an 0-6-0PT but no joy there. My partner's grandfather, Watcyn o Feirion, was postmaster at Capel Celyn for over 50 years.
There's something else going on there and possibly a very dark back-story and certainly not suitable for childrenThe Dumfries and Galloway locals turn out to witness a rarely seen Mk1 CTSO (Class Twenty Second Open). It all seems to be too much for one bystander....
Reminds me slightly of paintings by the German artist, Michael Sowa, who often uses a railway theme. There's something else going on there and possibly a very dark back-story and certainly not suitable for children
We've all been there... Enjoying our hobby on Platform X on a rainy day in winter in a howling gale, soggy notebook, squashed sandwiches, cold tea from the thermosIf LS Lowry had lived in the digital age, he would have created people exactly like that, @McRhu Epic.![]()
I'm so glad that my "thing" was doing track routes. It meant I was inside for most of it!We've all been there... Enjoying our hobby on Platform X on a rainy day in winter in a howling gale, soggy notebook, squashed sandwiches, cold tea from the thermos![]()
I guess it must have confused a walking track with a railway track.Despite describing to Google Gemini where the railway line is and that the passing train is on the track, Gemini decided on a different route...
It would vastly increase capacity on the network if trains did not have to worry about there being rails.I guess it must have confused a walking track with a railway track.
Perhaps AI algorithms interpreted these akin to "trains" that one sees doing circuits of shopping centres or retail parks - usually with underwhelmed looking children riding in them.No one in the images seems at all concerned about the presence of the steam train, so must be more common than we thought.
Ho ho ho. In any case you may be mixing it up with a different spot? Why? Well, we all know the summit of Snowdon exists - but not all of us have successfully found it.![]()
It's all that scrumpy. How many legs does the dog have? Looks like five or six!![]()
I took it that there were two dogs, but looking closer I was wrong. How many legs does the dog have? Looks like five or six!![]()

Though equally walking further from their owner than might be ideal. In that case on the beach below, while the owner is on a better laid out path by the railway line. You'll be relieved to know that the dogs in post 436's link, are healthy quadrupeds.![]()
In an odd way, the canal ones remind me of a real life narrow boat seen, many years ago, with the main 'body' formed from a mark 1 carriage body. It worked surprisingly well.
Cue a train formed from narrow boat top halves?
Nearly! Like a lot of AI text.Does the writing on the side of the first carriage read "The Wurlitzer Express"?
Does the Rock and Roll Express have different carriages for different eras? Two 'might have been' precursors to, e.g., Jazz trains and the like sometimes put on by the Community Rail Partnerships from an era I wish I was old enough to have experienced. Not sure about the waiter sitting on the drums for the internal one. Try as I might I couldn't get Gemini to do something with a 'teddy boy' driver! Also notable that the AI engine insists on labelling the train with 'such-and-such Express' if left to its own devices.
