I have got 2 Rail Travel Vouchers after SWT delayed me. At my local station, Branksome, the TVMs don't take them (I think). If I start to make a journey because the RTVs weren't accepted will I be penalty fared for not having a valid ticket or does the guard/RPI have to accept the RTVs? Thanks
