The law applies to mobile phones and similar hand held devices. If it was part of his ticketing system it should only be operated when the bus is stationary. Normally the ticketing system HID has has a mounting bracket.

Delay repay is on the total delay for your journey.
Check what time you should have arrived at your final rail destination, had all the services you would have used run to time, and the time you actually arrived to work out the delay.

Hi-vis are often used for identification. Its easy to spot somebody wandering about on CCTV if they have a hi-vis with their company name on the back. Its an LU requirement that contractors wear hi-vis on LU stations even if they are not near the track.

I agree. I don't understand this insistence on using FOI requests. Those responsible, don't only have to respond to the query but need to do the recording required to show that they are complying with the legislation. Why not just ask, giving reason for requiring the information and turn to FOIA...
