Good luck for your Arctic Shores, I found them relatively straight forward although one of them was certainly more tricky than the other. I did my assessment centre prior to Arctic Shores, but it sounds like there's some movement for you finally.

I don't think they make it clear how the process works, perhaps it could be that our assessments are scored somehow and they use that to determine who starts when etc... I'm internal and applied the same time as a colleague, I've had assessments and he's still waiting so I wouldn't read too much...

I did speak to a friend of mine who was invited to do Arctic Shores after applying (I believe this stage is usually prior to the in person assessments). He was unsuccessful and was told so straight away.

When I was there for assessments, she said that there's no set order with regards MMI/DMI, she said it depended on depot. I think depot's with vacancies sooner generally have DMI first.

Morning, I believe there were around 20 images and each one was on the screen for around 1 second. The list of things to look for doesn't change though, so you should get used to searching for the things required. Good luck with it all.
