I don't buy that arguement at all, every company I have ever worked at has had shareholders to keep happy. I think it all goes back to attitude of the management team and empowerment of the employee's to make a difference the customer.

What really annoys me about this forum is whenever there is an issue with tickets the default setting seems to be - Well that is in the terms and conditions and if you don't like them or don't read them then tough! I would like to ask the question and it may be a little controversial here...
