I thought they used P1 and the normal shuttle got bumped to P2? 6 car, formed of a 465 and 466. Order of the two units would frequently change. Used to use it from Dec 2017 until lockdown (albeit not from Sheerness).

When going down the stairs at the north end of P2 Blackfriars yesterday evening, I noticed a big sign saying "Raise Pantograph at Farringdon, not City Thameslink" (or words to that effect). Thought it was odd at the time.

Yes, the 1540 was cancelled at Victoria at about 1630-ish. Ticket acceptance was in place on the Tube between Southeastern's London Terminals and on the high speed. My ticket combo was valid for my intended journey. In the end, Southeastern have just told me to ring them as I'm guessing...
