This doesn't beat the OP, but I'm planning to travel on 2W55 1746 Battersby to Metrocentre this Friday - it has a 17min dwell at Nunthorpe and I'm planning to alight there and walk to Gypsy Lane to board the same train.

I was just being mindful of the experiences in posts #16 and #30 which suggest that railcards can be slow to load in some cases.

What do we think of this from the railcard terms and conditions? This seems to add a requirement to be able to show the railcard throughout the journey. Clearly this is not always practical for reasons discussed above, but could explain the inspector's approach...
