http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/SME/html/NRE_HYN/plan.html?rtnloc=HYN did you check here? I think this is current as that's how it was when I was there December, hope that helps
I agree as well about building there as it means that if there should be another storm the railway would be hit hardest and closed longer than the 2 months it was. It's ok with the houses/caravans on that hill somewhere between Dundee and Haymarket-around Inverkeithing I think it is as the hill...
I was wondering does anyone remember when the station had a canopy and a John Menzies? I'm asking as I've tried to find pictures of it but can't seem to also is it true that there is the turntable under the supermarket car park? Thanks in advance for any help
I've used Crewe a few times and not noticed but granted I just use it for a change onto the Welsh Marches from the WCML I've not really had time to see it
Just a heads up that the final episode is on tonight at 8, I've been enjoying the series so far and also enjoyed the first series, hopefully they'll make a new series.
I prefer both the 390s and the 125s and always find it satisfying to hear the slam of the Mark 3 coaches doors, that's something that we'll lose with the Hitachis
I honestly don't know, I just like all things rail, Cardiff Central is one of my favourites just now as have now done the Cardiff-London route along the GWML and Queen Street interests me for the trains to bay.
Quite like the look of the new concourse and the frontage, they had the Welsh name on the window but still had to Cardiff Queen Street on the frontage of the station
I like Edinburgh Haymarket and Crewe, Haymarket has improved since the work on it finished and I like Crewe for the simple reason that it has traditional railway architecture for the covered areas of the platforms
