Thanks

I saw the Cappagh liveried Class 60 earlier. Would anyone know ID and what it was doing at Calvert ?
The ticket is priced at £28.10; will it be valid on Cross Country trains between Banbury and Birmingham New Street ? Saves walking from Moor St to New Street as I have to continue my onward journey from the latter. Needless to say I will be adhering to the time restrictions imposed on the ticket.
The above journey can be completed using either London Underground only : Harrow on the Hill direct to Kings Cross with a possible change at Baker St
OR
Harrow on the Hill to London Marylebone on Chiltern Trains followed by LU from Marylebone.
Will the Oyster fare for both journeys be the...
A fortnight ago today I was travelling from BHM to York and there were no reservations available on any XC trains between 1300-1700 . I thought I would try my luck and boarded the 1403 .The carriage I sat in had but a handful of passengers ( less than 10) and I managed to get a window seat with...
Thanks. I did travel from Kings Cross to Edinburgh recently on LNER and prior to travel the train manager did announce that if you did not have reservation please do not use this service as it will be very busy throughout. It was a Saturday though and the start of the Half Term school holidays...
I may be traveling on TPE for the York-Manchester stretch of a York - Manchester - Birmingham New Street journey . Travel will be on a flexible off peak ticket. I am certain that I have to book a reservation for the XC MAN-BHM leg but can I hop on any TPE train at York without reserving a...
I have just looked through my bookings and I am told that my journey is not eligible to be changed ? I spoke to customer services on the phone who said otherwise.
I recently bought an Advance single from Kings Cross to Glasgow Central via Edinburgh from the said website but have had to change my itinerary. I'm now required to travel two days earlier as a result. I've read the refunds section and could someone confirm / clarify that I may be entitled to a...
I'm just about to book a ticket on the Raileasy website which requires a change from Moor St to New St. I'm given an itinerary in which my train arrives into Moor St at XX:01 and the connecting train departs New St at XX:22. Is the 21 minute connection time officially valid ? Looks a very...
Hi,
Could anyone confirm which services will be loco hauled over the Xmas , specifically Wed 23rd Dec and Sun 27th ? I would prefer travel on these trains as they provide a better opportunity to socially distance.
Thanks
Hi,
I'm looking to travel Outbound Wed 23rd Dec and returning Sun 27rd Dec ( sadly no choice but to travel XC from the Midlands to the North East ). I can get Advance tickets for the 23rd but not the 27th ( have tried all TOC websites and Trainsplit/Raileasy ). None of the websites will sell an...
I was at KGX LNER ticket office yesterday inquiring about Advances in August and was told at present you can only book about a week in Advance but come July / August this was due to change . However, the availability of these tickets would be very much limited in number. Likewise Avanti @ EUS...
I had Advance paper tickets which were bought online and collected from a TVM. I applied for a refund today and as part of the refund process was asked to cut my ticket(s) in two and to email their refund department the photo as proof.
