I got off a SWT (it was still SWT then) train at Feltham. I went to see the person in charge who phoned Richmond station telling them what the bag was like and where it was. I got the next train to Richmond and picked up my bag. Excellent customer service.

Surly many more 458s than 1. There is only one 458/5 but 458/4s dominate on the Windsor side.
