I may be attending the playoff final at the end of May, travelling on the Sunday returning on the Tuesday on an off peak return. Would the following be allowed starting sort at Chorley and going via Manchester to London, returning to Preston and then on to Rishton.
I will be getting an off peak return for this Saturday from Rishton to Luton not via London, would a double back from Luton Airport be allowed. The journey planners are showing it but just want to double check.
I am travelling from Euston to Dagenham East this Saturday and due to engineering works I am planning to travel via Green Park and West Ham. However I have been told that West Ham station is closed this weekend, but can find no mention of this, can any one confirm this.

Last night the 14:44 Kirby to Blackburn service via Todmorden was terminated at Accrington in platform 2, with the return working starting there from platform 1. Is there a cross over at Acrrington to enable this as I don't recall seeing one.

Returning
Northampton to Milton Keynes

than either Manchester to Preston and then on to Rishton or Manchester to Blackburn via Darwen.
Does anyone know if Northern guards were on some form of dispute on Saturday as they put an accouncement over saying they could not sell tickets. This was the 08:55 departure from Rishton. Also may dad caught one of the Ormskirk to Preston trains and was told the same thing,

Yesterday I used the 12:28 Virgin departure off Euston and was wondering why they did a driver change at Crewe, as I thought all the crew changes were done at Preston.
Would any one know if there is any freight on the Morecambe to Lancaster line. Also at Morecambe there was a third line which extended beyond the station towards the coast, am I correct in thinking that this allows freight trains to access the line to Heysham.

I have a off peak return ticket routed via Banbury with plans to change at Wolverhampton and Banbury on the outward, would it be also be valid to travel to Brimingham Moor St and walk to new street on the return, as the only ticket that seems to come up is a route any permitted.
Could should tell me if I can use an off peak Rishton to Milton Keynes is valid to travel via Manchester on the outward but come back direct to Preston on the return.
On Saturday 14th February I came through Blackburn at about 22:20 and there appeared to be some carriages parked behind the station in the goods line, anybody know what they could be.

Saturday 18th October Rishton to Stevenage departing about 08:30 returning about 17:30. No railcars. Don't want advance tickets as I might be returning later or departing earlier.
