I was travelling on a service from LLandudno, which stopped Deganwy (request stop) there was someone on the platform, guard rushed back to rear doors and tried to open the doors on the wrong side.
A loud buzzer sounded at the same time.

A very odd story I came across today, very local to me.
A seemingly random attack on a crossing keeper at Tal-Y-Cafn. A very remote quiet location which makes it all the stranger. What the motive could be, I have no idea.

I have noticed whilst driving to work the last few days that when setting the signals, level crossing etc, the signaller works backwards.
They set the furthest set of lights then the next set back then the level crossing and the next set going back one by one until they are closest to the...
Basically, I filed a compensation claim to Arriva Trains Wales for an outward and return delayed journey, 2hours outwards and 1 hour on the return.
The journey was made on the 3rd December, the claim made and logged with ATW on the 5th December.
The mail I got logging my claim stated,
