What's the line on Network Rail staff travelling on trains whilst in uniform for work purposes? Do NR pay for train tickets or do they get free travel?

I know some lines have been DOO for a while. But what lines have become DOO since privatisation? Did some slam door lines become DOO after receiving new stock?
