    Changed GTR Restrictions?

Thanks - it seems that NRE/Trainline have (a) removed the OFF PEAK Day Return (CDR) and (b) quoted an Anytime fare for the 09.12. CDR still available on other websites (but not GTR's!) But strangely this has only happened since the new timetable has been loaded.

    Changed GTR Restrictions?

In addition to destroying the train service, have GTR also changed some fare restrictions? eg First permitted off-peak train from Huntingdon to Kings Cross (previously 09.01 now 09. 12 if it runs) was Restriction L4 (arrives London after 10.00) but is now restriction 5J (earliest departure...

    Thameslink Services/Timetable from May 20th 2018

That's about right. Nothing scheduled at Huntingdon between the 10.41 (on its way, currently on time) and 12.41

    Delay Repay - Missed Connection

Yes, please. I have sent a PM with details.

    Great Northern Restriction L4

Thanks for that. But it does say "until the times shown" and the time shown is the departure time for the first permitted off-peak train. The actual restriction (as shown on TVMs) is "not to arrive London/KPA before 10.00". And, strangely, Trainline powered sites do offer an itinerary using the...

    Great Northern Restriction L4

Is there any reason why NRE (and presumably GTR as the fare-setter) would have changed its interpretation of Restriction L4 (not to arrive London before 10.00)? Previously, NRE would give an itinerary for off-peak travel using the 08.46 from PBO, 09.00 from HUN etc but now it will only show...

    Travelcards from East Coast Website

Many thanks for all your replies - and, yes, they really did spell the company name wrong in the email!

    Travelcards from East Coast Website

I have been told that I cannot purchase Travelcards for collection (TOD) from the East Coast website - is this correct and, if so, does anybody know why (other than to reduce still further my Rewards points). No problem with other websites I've tried. Extract from EC Customer Relations below...

East Coast Tickets to London Zone 1

Yes, thank you - that's interesting. The East Coast site will allow Holborn (Tube) as a valid station for which it offers only a Zone 1-6 travelcard but entering Zone 12* instead of the destination station brings up the correct fare. Other sites using the same software as EC don't allow Holborn...

East Coast Tickets to London Zone 1

I have recently started to buy tickets through the East Coast website to bump up my Rewards points (for what they're worth). But I've hit a snag. For a journey this week I want to buy an Anytime Day Return from Huntingdon to Holborn (Zone 1) - a point to point ticket with no additional travel...
