Do you count stations where the line goes through the station area but not actually between two platforms? if so add Ely.
Does Worcester Shrub Hill still have a central through line between the two platform lines? (I seem to recall it had two in the 1960s...)

Possibly Ardrossan South Beach but I wouldn’t agree with the other two. The lines at Coatbridge Central bypass the station, whilst the additional line at Dundee adjacent to platform 4 is a loop, not a main line.
I took the original question to be main lines running through the station, but not having a platform face, so arguably South Beach might not count either.

And Sheffield. Sheffield Midland is one place where at least some of the non-platform tracks are a PITA- The space could be much better-used if the station was being designed today.

I mentioned that early in the thread!
Just in case anyone is interested, a London Overground train visited the station today at 15.00 instead of going to Clapham Junction. Unsure if it was a result of the fall out from today's numerous SWR incidents (including signal failures and line fatalities) and loads of trains being displaced.

Another couple in Scotland, possibly, i.e. the (Southbound) Up Passenger Loop at Lockerbie which I think is fenced off, so you couldn't alight/board there.
And maybe also the Up Millerhill line through Newcraighall.

In Scotland again, how about the Suburban line, passing by Brunstane station?
And does anything completely bypass the various platforms at Perth, maybe the Up Passenger Loop and/or the Carriage Wash siding?
And just across the border into England, maybe the Down Goods Loop through Berwick upon Tweed?

Someone rightly mentioned Retford. There the down main line used to run alongside platform 2, but when the underpass was put in a fence was installed at the platform edge, and the former platform 3 (for Sheffield services) became the new platform 2 for northbound stoppers.

Earlswood (Surrey) and Salfords have platforms on slow lines only. Earlswood fast line platforms were abandoned years ago.
Maidstone West has one (northbound) line without a platform. (I have not used up/down lines)
Maidstone East has one line through the centre without a platform

If Earlswood is allowed, I'll nominate Kings Norton and Northfield. They technically do have platforms on the fast lines, but in both cases they haven't been used for over 30 years and would require quite a bit of work to bring them back into use.

Stratford International and Ebbsfleet International. Ashford Int was included in an earlier list, but the HS1 lines also pass the station on a different formation.
I think there’s hundreds of stations with two through lines but one is rare. Olympia’s is two way? The two Ruislips each have different way non stopping lines?

Olympia used to have two tracks as I remember. Its all due to what I call silly (maybe useless?) rationalisation. One of the fast tracks became a slow track simply by moving the platform outwards.
That also happened on the Chiltern lines where platforms at some of the stations were rebuilt in the 1980s to meet one of the fast lines which then became a slow line. In due course the other fast line would be taken out and the layout became two tracks with no scope of fast trains passing slow ones. That silly rationalisation again! Any other examples I can possibly think of which use this silly rationale include Abergele and Pensarn which went from four to three, then from three to two tracks (the tracks being slewed to provide a new extended platform face which means any need to upgrade just isn't possible.)
The Ruislips are an oddity as their earlier rationalisation removed a lot of possible movements, then their rebuilding to provide totally new fast lines during the early 2000s in turn created new oddities such as the Greenford Line only being possible in the reverse direction via the slow down line and so on. Effectively its just one fast track through each station - fast through South Ruislip in the Banbury direction and fast through West Ruislip in the Marylebone direction.

The up main passes pfm 3, the down main pfm 2 and the down Clacton platform 1 those are the only three through lines at Colchester.londontransit

One aspect perhaps not discussed here is some stations with fast tracks actually start a section of lengthy three or four track route.
One example I can think of is Newington.
Other stations with fast non platform tracks include Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, Headcorn.

No, four lines and four platforms if I recall correctly, though the main line platforms are not used much (if at all) normally. Didcot may not have been mentioned and Banbury has a goods loop on the east side by the sorting office. Iver had a through line, not sure if it is still there.
