Does Edinburgh Waverley still have any through lines?

Not completely. It has one line that only has a platform for half it's length and a crossover on it so you can stable a loco in the loop, but it is not possible to pass from one side of the station to the other without passing a platform face.

Nope, Platform 10 is on the western half of the loop line. There is half a through line where you can stable a loco (and maybe 1 or 2 vehicles) but you can't actually pass from one side to the other without passing adjacent to a Platform face at some point.
