Problem with that is an issue we had the pervious version of the game in that Traveline and the operates own timetables don't always agree with their information. One person would make a journey using times/stops on Traveline which would fail to correspond to those shown on the operators timetable. I seem to recall, on the previous version, that it was decided which one of the two sources of information was always to be used, as this saved on the confusion when this problem occurred

That is true, and this always happened with me, however in such cases there was only a difference of about four or five minutes on each occasion. If this happened again, I can't imagine it would make that much of a difference. In any case, I always leave about fifteen minutes between each move anyway, to allow for such errors.

Besides, common sense never seemed to prevail on that game anyway; let's face it there was no hope!

I can't find a Wellhead Road, just a Wellhead Lane in the Perry Barr area. I assume this is were we are? If so we make the following journey:

We wait at the stop 'Perry Barr, Wellhead Lane (opp)' before boarding the 09:42 Joe's Travel service 11A to Handsworth, Soho Road (Stop HB), arriving at 09:58 Friday morning.

It was Wellhead Lane sorry. I have no idea where I got road from. I've even heard of it!

We then board the 1009 National Express West Midlands service 75 to West Bromwich (Bus Station), arriving there at 1027 on Friday morning.

We then board the 1035 Diamond Buses route 54 to Worlds End, where the game too must surely end, arriving at 1131 on a Friday Morning.

There was hope and the game worked perfectly well, its just that a small number of people didn't understand the rules/ways of the game but instead of just leaving the game they chose to bring it all down and spoil it for every one else playing along.

Not wanting to wait to long for the aliens to take us down we board the following Diamond bus route 54 at 12:05 and travel to Smethwick, Stop SC, Rolfe Street Station, arriving at 12:43 Friday afternoon

Making our way into the railway station, we board the 1314 LM service to Wolverhampton that arrives there at 1334 on Friday afternoon.

Deciding upon a long onwards rail journey, we next board the 1508 ATW service to Milford Haven that arrives there at 2045 on Friday evening.

Oddly, according to real train times, the next service this train then works departs Milford Haven 1 minute before its due to arrive.

We make the 0.3mile walk from the railway station to the buss stop 'Milford Haven, Market Square, Charles Street'. From here we are able to catch the 21:01 First Cymru 302 service to Hubberston, John Lewis Street West, arriving at 21:09 Friday evening.

In the case of DanTrainMan185's move to Brierley Hill (High Street), there are a two sets of bus stops on the High Street in Brierley Hill. I know its a trivial thing but it could make things difficult if we end up on a rather long road with multiple bus stops along it, thinking about the rules on walking

Personally, I would never expect anybody to go out of their way to source additional information to enable them to make a posting. Thus, I believe it is only reasonable to expect that the level of detail prescribed within a Bus Operators' timetable, Traveline or other journey planning resource the poster choses to use, is replicated on the forum and that a common sense approach is deployed for onward movements, rather than worrying about the 'nth degree' of the rules, which do after all request a common sense application of them.
