Within reason. If there are no services beforehand then yes. If there are services then we should use them. I think tbe only exception is if it is a rare one off service, such as my London service from Stirling earlier in the week.

The mods are going to come on here and tell me the game is being disrupted so I'll let it go but please bear it in mind for the future

PS: there are many services across the whole of Edinburgh....you just listed half of them yourself!!??

The 07:30 G10 Citylink Gold coach service to Inverness will be our next mode of transport. This Highland adventure takes us into the heart of the Cairngorms, and we alight with our luggage at 10:35 at Aviemore (Cairngorm Hotel opp. Rail Station) on Saturday morning.

I like to think that I have a good knowledge of this area. Whether it's Foyers or Fochabers, Achnasheen or Aberdeen, Durness or Dalwhinnie, or Whitebridge or Wick, I might just know the bus service.

I say that because I've managed to find a Sunday bus service in Carmarthen. I mean, you can't even get to Llanelli or Swansea!

We're lucky enough to find a bed at a youth hostel and, on Sunday morning, board the 08:10 First Cymru route T10 bus service to Aberystwyth (Bus Station), arriving there at 10:18.

I find it quite astonishing that there are still buses in rural west wales on a Sunday. We then head to the railway station and take the 10:30 ATW service to Borth arriving at 10:43 on Sunday morning.

Once again, not much in the way of public transport in this neck of the woods on a Sunday but we finally manage to board TrawsCymru T2 service at 1437 and alight at Bangor Gorsaf Drenau / Rail Station at 1712 on Sunday evening

Having seen enough of rural Wales, we decide the Black Country would be a much nicer place to go and visit, so we take the 12:06 ATW service to Wolverhampton, arriving at 14:08 on Sunday afternoon.
