Hold

There are several buses and coaches running all night through Nottingham. Please use these first.

The following attachment is a list of just the coaches! There are probably several more local buses too.

Some of you really aren't getting this game....

The rules allow a walk of up to around half a mile when changing modes if you wish to do so. Therefore we are at Loddon Church Plain where it is 1212 on Tuesday afternoon.

For reference:

Rules
  • You may walk up to about half a mile when changing modes to a stop in the vicinity, if you wish.

We don't do holds on this game. The move in question has now been buried by two more moves, and I don't see any particular reason why we should roll them back.

It is however useful to note that the next time the game passes through Nottingham late at night that we can get the hell out much sooner than the first train, in the spirit of the rules.

Did my X22 manage to reach 88mph and travel eighteen minutes into the past?

Edit:I think he meant the 12:55 instead - it arrives at 13:29.

I'll change it.

We want to walk to Norwich railway station, but after seeing that it's almost a mile away, we decide not to bother. Instead, we wait for a few minutes and board the 1337 First Norfolk and Suffolk X2 bus for the four-stop hop to Norwich City Centre (St. Stephens Street, stop BA) arriving at 1342 Tuesday afternoon.

This excursion into Norwich and Norfolk seems to be a disaster - can you really walk from near the Bus Station to the Railway Station in that time?

EDIT: having looked at Google Maps, and from my own experience, it is certainly more than half a mile, as per the rules on #1 of this thread

It's a three minute walk around the corner to the bus stop near Vauxhall Street, Scholes. We are just in time for the 2252 Diamond service 715 to Lostock Junction, Junction Road West (the stop closest to Tempest Road), arriving 2323 Tuesday evening.
